August 7th – Roben Ryberg, author of “The Gluten-Free Kitchen” and her new cookbook, “You Won’t Believe It’s Gluten-Free!” Cooking Demonstration Roben’s desire has been to create recipes that are appealing to the eye and taste buds, but have just one GF flour! She includes multiple versions of each recipe for those sensitive to one or more of the flours.

September 4th – Understanding the Impact of the Latest Labeling Law Decisions and Other Issues Affecting Gluten Intolerant People from the National Perspective Cynthia Kupper CD, RD, Ex. Dir. Gluten Intolerance Group

October 2nd – TWEGIG Town Hall Meeting – An enjoyable evening of eating and brainstorming the 2009 programming – what we would like to learn and who best could teach us, what outreach we would like to have for the community we live in, and what we would like TWEGIG to be, for people sharing our gluten-free journey. Plan to “dream” with us the ways TWEGIG can be meaningful not only in our lives, but in the lives of the people we serve.

December 4th – Anna Sobaski, owner Gluten-Free Evolutions, “Breads From Anna” Cooking Demonstration Anna will not only share tips for making bread, but show how her bread mixes can be used in limitless ways!
