January 8th – “Be on the Go and In the Know – Gluten-Free!” – an interactive session covering all aspects of the gluten-free lifestyle.

February 5th – Dr. Juan Villalona, MCV Gastroenterologist – “Celiac Disease 101: A Review” – program promises answers to your questions now that you are, or have been celiac for many years.

March 5th– TWEGIG has been invited to an Open House Celebration of 3 Feller’s Gluten-Free Bakery, planned just for the support group. We will meet at the Bakery at 7PM instead of Trinity Church.

April 2nd – Shirley Braden, Leader, King George Celiac Support Group and owner of Gluten Free Easily Blog, - Eating real food that is naturally gluten-fee, and less processed GF foods and specialty items

May 3rd – Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner! Participate in the Chef to Plate National Campaign, Celebrating Restaurants Serving Up Gluten-Free Awareness by dining out gluten-free with your family and relations. Restaurants will be posted at a later time.
May 7th – Donna Washburn and Heather Butt, cookbook authors – cooking demonstration
June 4th – no local meeting

June 5-6  2009 GIG National Conference, Marriott Seattle Airport Hotel, Sea Tac, WA
